Terms of Use

My legal guy reckons we need to say all this:

comotivate is owned and operated by comotivate Pty Ltd and has been developed to provide an online community aiming to reach specified goals and lead more fulfilling lives. The authors of this website are providing only the forum for dialogue and some basic guidance.

comotivate is intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to comotivate by anyone under 13, is unauthorised, unlicensed and in violation of these terms of use. By using comotivate, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and in high school or college, or else that you are 18 or older, and that you agree to and abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep this information up to date, maintain the security of your login information and be fully responsible for all use of your account.
Information provided on this website is not intended to be an authoritative diagnosis or prescription for a user's physical or mental condition. In advance of, and during, any restorative physical program, please consult a qualified physician.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the user acknowledges and fully understands that any liability remains with the user. Hence, the user shall assume all the foregoing risk associated with participation in the website's community and accepts personal responsibility for the damages following any injury, permanent disability or death, and hereby discharges covenants to indemnify and pledge not to sue comotivate, its affiliated organisations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel.

By agreeing, the user also releases comotivate and its affiliates, their employees and associated personnel from liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever, including death or damage to property that may result from following any advice, information, or data received from this website.

The user also accepts that their participation in the site naturally relies on the ability for the site to communicate certain operational functions to them. This information will be sent to users via email (and eventually SMS text message). Although, there are controls and preference options available to allow the user to restrict the number of messages sent by the system, some emails communicate core functions and so do not feature an opt-out since to do so would prohibit participation. The user therefore accepts that to discontinue their comotivate profile, they must enter the site and delete their profile.
You represent, warrant and agree that no content, images or materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through comotivate will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party or contain libelous, indecent, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.

It is prohibited to upload, publish or otherwise transmit on comotivate any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights.

If content is reported as abusive, we will investigate quickly and move then to remove or disable access to the allegedly offensive content and terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.

comotivate Pty Ltd is not responsible for any content on other sites that are linked to within content published by comotivate users.
